One standard outlet within 25 ft. is ideal but we can bring more cord if you need as long as we will be able to secure it with gaffers tape or rugs!
One of the main things that separates this photo booth from the digital photo booth is its lighting.
Instead of using a constant LED ring light, it uses a high-powered studio-quality flash.
The flash is very powerful so the images are great even in very dark environments.
This can help reduce the appearance of shadows and allows us to place people further away from the photo booth so more people can fit in the photos!

Guests walk up, tap the screen, and create their photo, boomerang, GIF, or video.
Photos are sent to guests instantly via text or email (you choose the method—we recommend texting).
Each message can include custom copy, like a thank you, a promo code, and your event name.
Clicking the link opens a mini-event gallery that can be customized or branded for your event.
The booth is very user friendly so there shouldn’t be any problems with leaving it unattended but you can add an attendant if you prefer.
We will periodically check in on your photo booth remotely to make sure everything is working fine. If we see any issues like someone moved the backdrop, tilted the head too far, or turned off the ring light, we will text the designated person and let them know. This is very rare!
We’ll return to pack up at your agreed pickup time, usually the same night or even next morning.

After your guests take a photo or video, an on-screen pop-up will allow them to text or email it to as many people as they want until they end the session.
If the booth is connected to Wifi, they will instantly get the download link for quick sharing so everyone knows how awesome your event is!
Don’t worry though, if Wifi becomes unavailable, they will still get the photo later on!

If we use a virtual green screen and skip the physical backdrop, we can operate this booth in as little as 6×4 feet! If we use a physical backdrop, we will need 12×12 feet of space to set up and tear down and 8×8 feet to operate.

Since this booth uses a constant ring light and not a strobe or flash, it is not powerful enough to handle ALL lighting challenges but in most settings it is perfect!
The ring light is VERY bright and can keep people looking great from about 5 feet away no matter what the lighting is in the room.
If it’s a dark room though, and people start to get farther away, the images will get blurry and any AI features like virtual greenscreens and digital props will not work as well.
Not to worry though, even if it’s a dark room and people can only be 5 ft. away, this booth can still fit at least 6-8 people!

Pro Tip! This booth can be set up anywhere in your space but it is best to try and point the ring light away from where guests will be mingling as it is very bright. Usually towards a wall or backdrop.

You will get an easy to use portal where you can see and manage all of your pre-event details in one place.
Everything from designs, backdrops, payments, your event questionnaire, prop selection, set up details, add-ons, and upgrades.
We’ll coordinate drop-off timing around your schedule… morning-of, day-before, or whenever makes the most sense for your venue.
Setup usually takes about an hour. We’ll test the booth, walk your day-of contact through the basics (if needed), and leave you ready to roll.
To save the date and get started on your design work, we ask for a 30% non-refundable retainer.
The final balance is due 30 ays before your event unless previously discussed.
We set up when it’s most convenient for you and pick up the same day (within 24 hours).

After we set up the photo booth and make sure the pictures are looking great, we will leave and let you use the photo booth on your own until the event end time.
Guests walk up, tap the screen, and create their photo, boomerang, GIF, or video.
Photos are sent to guests instantly via text or email (you choose the method—we recommend texting).
Each message can include custom copy, like a thank you, a promo code, and your event name.
Clicking the link opens a mini-event gallery that can be customized or branded for your event.
The booth is very user friendly so there shouldn’t be any problems with leaving it unattended but you can add an attendant if you prefer.
We will periodically check in on your photo booth remotely to make sure everything is working fine. If we see any issues like someone moved the backdrop, tilted the head too far, or turned off the ring light, we will text the designated person and let them know. This is very rare!
We’ll return to pack up at your agreed pickup time, usually the same night or even next morning.
Pickup takes about 30 minutes, but we do need a reliable window of time before your venue closes where guests will not be present in order to safely tear down.
You will receive a Zip File of all photos and videos from your event as well as an online gallery of images you can make public or password protected.
These are yours to keep and use however you like.

The Digital Photo Booth does not offer printing or an attendant but it is definitely the best bang for your buck when it comes to breathing life into a party and creating a ton of fun memories and shareable content.
After your guests take a photo or video, an on-screen pop-up will allow them to text or email it to as many people as they want until they end the session.
If the booth is connected to Wifi, they will instantly get the download link for quick sharing so everyone knows how awesome your event is!
Don’t worry though, if Wifi becomes unavailable, they will still get the photo later on!
We can leave the online gallery open so anyone at the event can see everyone’s photos, or we can add a password to protect your guest’s privacy if you prefer.
We can even automatically broadcast them all on a live slideshow or website!

Filters can be applied automatically to every photo, offered as a guest choice, or skipped entirely if you want to keep things simple and move the line quickly.
Our most popular filter is classic black & white with a soft blur for that elegant Glam – Kardashian look. Great for weddings, galas, or stylish branded content.
Other favorites include a soft vignette for moody edges or a sepia tone to give your photos or videos that vintage or western feel.
TL;DR: Props and filters aren’t for every event, but when used intentionally, they’re a fun, flexible way to level up your guest experience and create super-custom, share-worthy, scroll-stopping content all while entertaining your guests.

We have multiple styles of this booth type that are flexible, quick, beautiful, durable, modern, sleek, professional and ready to bring some fun to any space, no matter how big or small.
This affordable Photo Booth has a TINY footprint.
If we use a virtual green screen and skip the physical backdrop, we can operate this booth in as little as 6×4 feet! If we use a physical backdrop, we will need 12×12 feet of space to set up and tear down and 8×8 feet to operate.
One standard outlet within 25 ft. is ideal but we can bring more cord for free or upgrade you to batteries if you need!
Since this booth uses a constant ring light and not a strobe or flash, it is not powerful enough to handle ALL lighting challenges but in most settings it is perfect!
The ring light is VERY bright and can keep people looking great from about 5 feet away no matter what the lighting is in the room.
If it’s a dark room though, and people start to get farther away, the images will get blurry and any AI features like virtual greenscreens and digital props will not work as well.
Not to worry though, even if it’s a dark room and people can only be 5 ft. away, this booth can still fit at least 6-8 people!
We can also add-on additional lighting if you want!
Pro Tip! This booth can be set up anywhere in your space but it is best to try and point the ring light away from where guests will be mingling as it is very bright. Usually towards a wall or backdrop.

One of the main things that separates this photo booth from the digital photo booth is its lighting.
Instead of using a constant LED ring light, it uses a high-powered studio-quality flash.
The flash is very powerful so the images are great even in very dark environments.
This can help reduce the appearance of shadows and allows us to place people further away from the photo booth so more people can fit in the photos!
